Manis Bakery has landed in Ponsonby, bringing with it pistachio croissants, cinnamon rolls, cookies and cream donuts and a slew of other drool-worthy delights, which you'll find in all its quaint, pastel pink glory at 38 Ponsonby Road. Find this rad new spot at 39 Fenchurch Street, open Wednesday-Friday 8am-12:30pm, and Saturday-Sunday 8:30am-12:30pm (or until sold out). Toppings include Biscoff and berry or Coronation chicken (just some of the options they've experimented with thus far), and don't forget to grab a tasty brew to go with the $12 bagel and coffee combo is legit value for money. Perfect Circle is brought to us by local hospo legend Chris von Batenburg (co-founder of Hello Stranger and The Chosen Bun), and serves hand-made New York-style bagels.
